This program allows the board of directors, committee members and even our arbitration panel to meet together, face to face, via video cameras and the internet.  We can discuss issues and attend presentations at any time without the expenses of driving to a meeting, flying in from Northern California, or giving up any precious time away from our sales offices.  
No special equipment is required for anyone to “attend” our meetings.  Just log into the meeting website and dial up the posted phone number and your connected.  
Anyone can watch and listen to the meeting and communicate with anyone else who is also attending.
